Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days for large furniture pieces via our specialized freight partners.
Do you offer a trial period for your furniture?
Yes, we offer a 30-day in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
What kind of leather do you use for your sofas?
We primarily use high-quality, full-grain and top-grain Italian leathers. Because we use natural hides, you may notice unique characteristics like slight color variations or natural markings that add to the piece's character.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Every Poly & Bark product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I request fabric or leather swatches?
Absolutely. We offer free swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own lighting before making a commitment. You can order them directly from our 'Request Swatches' page.
Do you provide white-glove delivery services?
Yes, for an additional fee, you can select White Glove Delivery at checkout. This service includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
